Position Overview
The Director of Operations & Maintenance will manage the company's operations and ensure BUZUD products and equipment are properly maintained, reliable, and efficient, supporting business continuity and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of BUZUD showrooms, service centers, and technical support. Develop and enforce SOPs for maintenance, calibration, and repair of medical devices. Lead operations planning, ensuring manpower, equipment, and facilities meet business needs. Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, ISO, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sales to align operational support with business targets. Manage vendor contracts, facility management, and outsourced services.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. 10+ years' experience in operations, facilities, or maintenance management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of GDPMDS, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or equivalent quality frameworks. * Excellent project management and organizational skills.
