Our client, a highly regarded global organization in the semiconductor industry with a sizeable presence in Singapore, is looking for a Director of Professional Services that will direct and oversee the region\xe2\x80\x99s customer service operations, generate service revenues, and drive customer satisfaction. • Strategically contribute across accounts, elevate the strategic thinking of all team members (including clients)
• Schedule and contribute to various client meetings to provide strategic advice and solutions
• Drive successful engagements that cover the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
• Manage and maintain effective relationships with various key stakeholders to recommend resolutions as per client requirements
• Optimize client experience across the opportunity journey from discovery, consideration, evaluation, buy, adoption and retention
• Ensure and exceed expectations for client satisfaction with all outputs
• Establish, build out and continue to improve competitive intelligence initiatives
• Harvest best practice from the field to enrich our client value propositions and provide go-to- market solutions
• Oversee the daily workflow of the CS activities in the region and sub-regions to assure the customer satisfaction

What You are expected to have:

• At least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business or related
• More than 8 years of experience in similar roles and are familiar with the semiconductor industry
• Able to demonstrate experience in consulting clients on service delivery
• Experience in presenting to small and large audiences
• Experience in interacting with clients and various lines of business seeking solutions for enhancing client experience
• Possess a strong service orientation and finds challenge in problem-solving complex situations
• Excellent at time management, able to handle multiple concurrent work engagements, has the business acumen to drive prioritization of work assignments, be creative problem solvers, and have excellent verbal/written communications skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits:
