Job Description

Responsible for creating technical work scopes for complex audio/video/lighting special moving mechanical winch and control systems Will oversee work progress and management of budgets and resources upon selection of work vendors Monitor and liaise with architectural firm on several housing projects that would include demolition of an existing estate with the planned replacement with a new high tech residence Monitor status of several private residences that will undergo sequential extensive modification to roofs, lifts, pools, interiors, etc. Liaise with project team located in the USA for 3 housing projects in various states of rebuilding and renovation Travel to the USA and Australia on an as needed basis to oversee work progress and management of budgets and resources Provide weekly project update reports to clients that include schedules and financial reports Be responsible for proper storage and appropriate sharing of all relevant documentation such as drawings, manuals, warranties, etc. * Other work needed as required and discussed with clients
