We are looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to drive the growth of one of our products, Reviewpro Reputation solutions across the hospitality and tourism industry in the APAC& Middle East region. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and operational management to achieve sustainable growth, profitability, and market presence.
Develop and execute goals, strategies, and business plans that drive growth and profitability.
Own and manage the regions P&L, including key financial KPIs (revenue, cashflow, receivables, profitability).
Build, maintain, and optimize a robust Business Development pipeline to support business objectives.
Define and execute sales strategies for assigned markets.
Manage the entire sales process -- prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and successful delivery of the company's solutions.
Oversee local operations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Recruit, develop, and retain local talent to support business expansion and team performance.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and suppliers.
Ensure the company has the necessary resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Monitor and evaluate overall performance against established goals and KPIs.
Strengthen Reviewpro Reputation's market presence and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the Hospitality Technology industry.
Strong knowledge of Hotel Technology technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales; data-driven with strong analytical skills.
Proven success in remote sales and SaaS solutions, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Active LinkedIn user with a "can-do" attitude, curious, adaptable, and up to date with modern sales techniques.
Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, people-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multicultural teams.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
