Roles & Responsibilities Head of Singapore branch - reinsurance and health insurance/ insurance tech, Entrepreneur spirit(Ref: HW499-J) Working Location: Hybrid
Responsibilities:

• In charge of the Singapore team establishment, including but not limit to recruitment, training, inspiration and management.
• In charge of the Singapore insurance market analysis, business promotion and operation. Be responsible for business opportunity discovery and cooperation.
• In charge of completion and implementation of the team sales promotion phase plan according to group plan and ensure the output accordingly. Provide the business data report periodically, and ensure the Singapore business development.
• In charge of internal and external communication and ensure the communication to process fluently. Maintain and coordinate Singapore client relationship.
• Ensure the business being processed under strict legislation and compliance audit. Perform the compliance, qualification control, internal control and risk prevention duties relevant to the head position.
• Other tasks assigned by CEO directly.

Requirements:

• 10yrs+ working experience in reinsurance and health insurance or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or above and working experience in Singapore.
• Experience in Underwriting with entrepreneur spirit and business acumen.
• Experience in building from zero to 1, we also consider those candidates who have the willingness to extend the team from scratch.
• Bilingual communication in English and Mandarin with China shareholders.
• Energetic, excellent interpersonal skills, and forward-thinking.
