\xe2\x80\x8bThe Green Recruitment Company are partnering with a leading global financial institution who are at the forefront of structuring deals for the renewable energy and social infrastructures sectors.

They\'re going through an exciting period of growth, taking advantage of favourable market conditions, and are looking for a Director of Syndications & Investments to join the team in Singapore.

This person will work as part of the team that is responsible for marketing and selling assets their acquired across energy, infrastructure and real estate segments, to banks and institutional investors.

Your role:

Responsible for the primary and secondary distribution for selected asset classes and investment formats, primarily within project finance

Lead the autonomous execution of the entire transaction process \xef\x82\xa7

Establish and deepen a broad and extensive network of institutional investors (insurers, asset managers, pension funds) and banks across Asia Pacific

Keep abreast with latest market intelligence to inject timely and valuable market insights into the Bank\'s overall sales and distribution strategy

Your background:

Ideally 10+ years finance experience with exposure to syndications

Proven ability to deliver exceptional investor and internal client value at multiple levels

Proven track record in the distribution of alternative assets, predominantly project finance (infrastructure and renewable energy)

Strong experience within a network of institutional investors and banks

Efficient and process-driven with strong conceptual and analytical skills, data numeracy and information processing

Curious mindset, with strong willingness to develop knowledge and adapt to new situations

Must be business fluent in Japanese
