For more information, visit . : Aqualita is seeking an innovative and results-driven operations leader with deep progressive experiences in building and leading rapidly expanding operations and supply chain functions to enable growth, achieve milestones and be a catalyst to disrupting traditional aquaculture. As an operations-oriented expert with aquaculture experiences, the candidate will be responsible for directing the company's businesses to achieve financial growth by developing achievable production parameters and strategies as well as product and customer management. Job Responsibilities: Directly oversee and manage all operations functions, including laboratory operations, supplier quality, supply chain management, demand planning as well as logistics. Implement and execute standard operating procedures to ensure product quality assurance. Establish strategic direction and set goals for the operations of the company, including rapid scaling and growth management, cost, quality, goods fulfilment process and customer satisfaction. Lead and effectively coordinate the duties of the production team on both the farm and the lab. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities to achieve set revenue goals. Building business relationships with current and potential clients. Develop sales pipeline aligned with organization strategy, through accurately forecasting and identifying winnable sales opportunities. Manage and report business intelligence, research market opportunities and make recommendations. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations. Contribute to the company's strategic business plan. Job Requirements: Min. 10 years operations experience and have demonstrated success in a high growth environment managing business, technical and operations teams. Degree in agriculture, business, marketing, economics or equivalent. Practical experience in commercial farming production. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development and operation efficiency. Ability to lead and manage the team to drive extensive and sustainable growth. Experience with local and international business negotiations and management. Ability to write executive reports and strategy documents on complex operational issues. Strong interpersonal and excellent oral communication skills with high level of diplomacy at a senior executive level. Committed and motivated self-starter who performs at a high level of efficiency completes work in a timely manner. Highly collaborative - Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members within the organization, as well as with external stakeholders at all levels. Excellent contract negotiation / contract administration skills. Exceptional problem solver - Demonstrates creative thinking in developing plans and generating solutions to meet strategic and tactical challenges. Big-picture thinker with an eye for details that contribute to operational success.
