The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.We are looking for a sharp, motivated professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills to add to our global team. The individual will be able to solve problems, working independently under general supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.The Director of Operational Audits will lead the operational audit function, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources, compliance with local laws and company policies, and alignment of process-level activities with the overall company strategy.
