• Public Sector Structured Finance - Expand reach and coverage in public sector clients in Asia ie. Multilaterals, Key ministries, MOF mission vehicles, SOEs

Responsibilities would include:

• Primary coverage of multilaterals (World Bank Group, IFC and ADB) and key Ministries/MOF mission vehicles in focus markets, and secondary coverage (by bringing additionality to existing relationships) with SOEs in key markets
• Work with product teams in supporting pitching of business, credit application and loan execution in Structured Finance Asia, primarily in support of public sector initiative
• Building out bank's public sector branding in initiatives with regional governments (e.g. Asian Infra Forum) and multilaterals
• Lead delivery of highly strategic financial advisory mandates with Asian governments with the primary objective of building bankable market structures and generating lending pipelines (e.g. in energy sector, water or housing sector in Indonesia)
• Support on general infrastructure arranging/lending activities including credit evaluations, risk and financial analysis and prepare credit applications for new loans
• Prepare and execute new strategies and initiatives.

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• At least 10-15 years of relevant experience covering/ dealing with multilaterals and key Ministries
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Good stakeholder and relationship management, strong in networking, origination, bringing in business, building new relationships while maintaining existing ones
• Have foundation knowledge in debt financing/ structured financing/ execution
• Strong team player, family culture
