Job Description


Main purpose of the role: The Director, Real Estate and Network Store Development is responsible for the real estate selection and leasing process for all of Pandora’s retail stores across Pacific and Greater Asia (PGA). The Director plans and directs all aspects of the Pandora’s real estate function and works with senior management team to determine a business and store development strategy for O&O stores across PGA. He/ she relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals, business objectives and a variety of tasks. The Director provides input into the real estate selection and manages the Franchisee network and Distributor eco system (outside of sales) in relation to compliance, governance, code of conduct, franchisee partner review, franchisee partner agreement/compliance and documentation, financial health and future growth considerations for all Pandora franchise stores across PGA.

Key accountabilities: Corporate Retail Stores (O&O Stores)

  • Manage all real estate initiatives including the leasing process and maintaining a pipeline of future locations for Pandora stores.
  • Supports the senior management team in developing strategy and planning to meet business objectives.
  • Negotiates new leases and lease renewals for all O&O stores, working closely with General Council.
  • Launches new store projects and sets the schedule for store openings.
  • Travels to markets as needed to approve shopping centers for new store locations.
  • Builds partnerships with shopping center developers throughout PGA to obtain relevant and timely information about their locations and share relevant information about Pandora.
  • Conducts portfolio review meetings with developers.
  • Attends Industry events/trade shows to prospect new locations for pipeline and maintain relationships with developers.
  • Acts as the liaison and leverage relationships with shopping center leasing executives.
  • Maintains list of available shopping center properties for Pandora stores.
  • Communicates to senior management team status of the shopping centre pipeline report.
  • Updates and maintains lease abstract data.
  • Maintains database of existing stores and lease renewal data
recommendations and network improvements.

Pivotal and professional qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years major shopping center Leasing experience – Pacific and Greater Asia experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Asia Pacific markets and Shopping centers on a national level.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Relevant Real estate network and landlord relationship mgt.
