Job description
In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for deploying global G2M strategy to the region and managing G2M activities to enable Sales to capture maximum design win BOM share at maximum value based mark up prices. (Telecom, SMPS and Charging)
• Adapts & deploys global G2M strategy for the region, manages regional G2M activities on application level and feedback on customer / market acceptance of IFX solution offering
• Ensures design-wins by supporting Sales and business development activities on application level and product level including commercial synchronization
• Deploys and adjusts operative pricing guidelines/corridor on application level in the region.
• Manages quoting for Infineon offering outside of pricing office limits in the region to capture value-based mark up from an application value proposition.
• Provides information regarding regional market including pricing to be considered in the global G2M strategy
• Provides guidance regarding regional market outlook and regional revenue forecast of Infineon offering on application level (in commercialization phase) tied to regional application G2M strategy
• Captures regional product requirements and supports the development of new product ideas
• Provides input for market / competitor insights, value proposition, business case creation (EPIC business line); positioning, pricing and product roadmap for products from regional perspective
• Adapts and deploys regional market introduction plan and manage regional G2M activities on product level
• Develops 5 year regional product plan and annually monitors financial performance to the plan
• Deploys and adjust operative pricing guidelines / corridor on product level in the region and manages quoting for products outside of pricing office limits

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min education qualification in Bachelor Degree in Electronic or Electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business/Economic or similar areas
• Minimum 10 years' experience in semiconductor industry marketing/sales/business development
• Leadership and management experience in order to shape and drive the regional marketing team strategy
• Strategic thinking and strong business sense;
• Strong communication skills in English and multi-cultural inter-personal skillset is a plus
• Deep understanding of power semiconductor device, system & market trend
• Familiar with value chain of OEM/ODM and distribution networking
• Able to work under pressure,
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to India, Korea, SEA , ANZ and Europe
