OVERVIEWOur Client is a fast-growing consultancy with a new vertical to build up and to get responsibilities on the full PnL. We seek a highly experienced and motivated individual to join their team as a Director RCR Retail Banking.This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment, building trusted client relationships and contributing to the success of our client strategy.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely submission.
• Manage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and through mentorship.
• Participate in business development activities, including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis of the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks.
• Document the project in terms of systems and processes for management review.
• Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
• Support team members with other project activities.

IDEAL TALENTQualifications

• Degree holder.
• 9+ years of experience in the Retail Banking and/or consulting industry.
• Expert in Regulations, Compliance and Risk Management
• Knowledge of Business Integration / Migration / TOM projects within Retail Banking.
• Knowledge of Financial Crime / Operation Risk Management.
• Background in project management and transformation and change.
• Good understanding of core business processes and products in the Retail Banking industry.
• Capable of applying technology principles to business.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving; able to quickly understand complex situations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
