Job Description


As a Director, Robotics you lead and manage the robotics business in Public Safety and Security (PSS) sector, ensuring growth.Responsibilities:

  • Drive the robotics business in the Public Safety and Security (PSS) sector, including profit and revenue.
  • Develop and manage PSS robotics business for local and international clients.
  • Lead in pursuing bids for tenders or contracts.
  • Plan resources within teams.
  • Stay updated with current and future tech trends to guide the company\'s focus and identify market demands.
  • Understand Robotics, Automation, and Unmanned Systems Technology.
  • Create a plan and strategy for robotics and unmanned systems.
  • Evaluate tenders based on customer requirements.
  • Identify customer issues and collaborate with relevant departments to develop solutions for product development.
  • Be open to overseas travel as needed.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (other degrees will also be considered).
  • Minimum of 10 years\' experience in the commercial and/or military robotics system field.
  • Hands-on experience or in-depth knowledge of robotics/unmanned technology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Understanding of the sustainable energy industry is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning.
  • Ability to create and clearly communicate a business plan to stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in risk management.
