What you will be doing:
Our Director, Sales & Partnerships will be handling market development and creating new bank partnerships across Asia Pacific, ensuring the achievement of significant new revenue growth targets.
\xc2\xb7 Create and execute a sales strategy to develop new bank partnerships across the APAC region
\xc2\xb7 Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close
\xc2\xb7 Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within target markets (Thailand and Vietnam) and banks to drive revenue growth
\xc2\xb7 Meet and exceed revenue growth targets through new bank partnerships
\xc2\xb7 Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop creative solutions for new bank partnerships
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales activities
\xc2\xb7 Present solutions and deliver presentations to C-level executives at target banks
\xc2\xb7 Present to prospective banks: Value proposition, system demonstrations, manage technology workshops, and business case construction
\xc2\xb7 Develop and deliver proposals, taking into account customer needs, market conditions and priorities
\xc2\xb7 Exceed annual regional goals for software licensing and professional services contracts
\xc2\xb7 Partner with sales engineers, professional services, and marketing teams to create targeted sales campaigns
What you need to be successful in this role:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
\xc2\xb7 5+ years of account management in financial technology and/or consulting
\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of success in sales, specifically in the banking as a service space
\xc2\xb7 Strong network of contacts and relationships within the banking industry in APAC
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
\xc2\xb7 Rigor, discipline and structure in all customer engagements and internal governance
\xc2\xb7 Native Thai or Vietnamese speaker
We are also looking for:
\xc2\xb7 Understanding of banks and the issues they face ranging from technology, regulatory and commercial
\xc2\xb7 Tenacity in lead generation and customer follow up
\xc2\xb7 Interest and excitement in regard to Financial Services and Technology
\xc2\xb7 Consistent track record of achieving targets and goals
