What is the role?OpenText is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our high-performing APAC sales team for the Business Network and IoT division. This leadership role is responsible for driving the overall revenue strategy, managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives, and accelerating the adoption of our market-leading supply chain digitization and IoT solutions across the region.
You will be more than a manager; you will be a player-coach and strategic architect. Your mandate is to develop and execute a regional sales plan that penetrates key vertical markets, builds executive relationships within Fortune 500 / Global 2000 accounts, and significantly contributes to the division's top-line growth. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep expertise in complex B2B SaaS sales, a passion for mentoring top talent, and a visionary understanding of how digital transformation and IoT redefine global supply chains.
