As the Regional Director of Sales for Honeywell Life Sciences in Singapore, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, developing new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team in the region. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and achieving financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
MUST HAVE:
  • 10-15 years\' experience selling software, services, or consultancy to the Life Sciences industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quota and growing the business aggressively for past 5 years
  • 10 years\' experience leading cross functional team from pre-sales, sales, marketing, channels
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies & customer relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master\'s degree or MBA is preferred.
