About the job:


  • Be the on-scene leaders who run our projects day to day. You will lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought process through convergence on a solution. You will ensure that solutions we deliver create the maximum value for our clients.
  • Play a vital role in further building up Synpulse SEA Insurance practice around digital transformation and operational excellence topics by making key contributions to business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.
  • Identify opportunities, articulate Synpulse\xe2\x80\x99s value, and support selling services to both new and existing clients Contribute to the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth by increasing sales and revenues through current and potential clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization \xc2\xb7 Co-ordination with technology partners across different geographical locations for environment setup and oversee implementation projects.
  • Conduct market and trend analyses to support the business by identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
  • Develop thought leadership in the digital transformation and operational excellence spaces by publishing articles, and participating in industry events and panel discussions.
  • Advise clients on business process issues that help identify, assess, and measure organizational capabilities.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to define future state visions and prioritization of opportunity areas that deliver value across people, processes, data & technology while ensuring buy-in from clients\xe2\x80\x99 senior management.
  • Maintain and develop deep industry knowledge to keep a breadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions.

About you:


  • 8-15 years of insurance (P&C, Life Insurance or Reinsurance) experience at a management consulting firm or in a corporate strategy, enterprise architecture, business development, or management function within an insurance company.
  • Experience in Business Strategy and Technology Advisory, definition of Operating Models, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Data Analytics & Visualization, Enterprise/Business Architecture, Accelerated Underwriting or Post Merger Integration is a plus.
  • Experience in managing multiple teams on complex projects while motivating team members to succeed.
  • Account management experience, including an extensive network of senior leadership at insurance carriers.
  • Result orientation: evidence of regularly following up on outstanding issues driving projects to completion. Strong organizational skills to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Evidence of sales efforts and project acquisition by leading activities or supporting senior management.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Educated to bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree level from a reputable university, while ideally holding an advanced degree (MA, MSc, or MBA).
