Director

. The Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and driving the overall growth and sustainability of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall direction and strategic planning for the company's operations. Ensure compliance with Singapore's corporate, manpower, safety, and regulatory requirements. Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution in alignment with company goals. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities. Implement corporate governance, risk management, and financial oversight. Drive business development, tendering, and securing new projects. Lead and guide senior management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively. * Prior experience as a Director or Senior Manager will be an advantage.
