Job Description
& Responsibilities
Lead executive management of fund operations covering trading ops, treasury, cash management, reconciliations, and risk controls. Oversee regulatory/compliance filings, management reporting, and coordination with banks, brokers, auditors and service providers. Drive business development and partnerships; plan Singapore headcount growth and mentor local PMETs. Direct onboarding and due-diligence of vendors/exchanges; implement internal policies and documentation to ensure strong governance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). 1-3 years' experience in operations/finance/investments; strong analytical and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment. Bonus: Mandarin/Chinese proficiency for APAC counterparties.
