Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction for fund management operations. Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve business goals and maximize returns. Lead portfolio planning and performance evaluation to ensure consistent growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and business partners. Identify new market opportunities and develop business expansion strategies. Lead and mentor the management team to drive performance and accountability. Review financial performance, budgets, and business plans to support decision-making. Represent the company in meetings and discussions with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and above equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in fund management, asset management, or related financial services. Proven leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with clients and business partners. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
