Key Responsibilities

Lead business development initiatives to attract new investors. Manage daily operations, investment activities, and client service functions. Identify and pursue new investment opportunities and partnership channels. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and business performance tracking. Build, train, and motivate high-performing teams to deliver consistent results. Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business collaborators. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of fund performance and business updates. Contribute to long-term business planning and company growth strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and above equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in fund management, asset management, or related financial services. Proven leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients and partners. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
