Job Description

The True Group, established in 2004, is a subsidiary of Kontafarma China Holdings Limited (HK01312), a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. As one of Asia's largest fitness and wellness groups, the Singapore brand focuses on fitness and yoga and continues to expand its regional footprint in the industry





You will be appointed as one of the directors of several of its companies, and executing your director's right on behalf of the holding company.





Job Summary



The Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing departmental or organizational performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and long-term goals. This role involves decision-making, people management, and resource allocation to drive operational and financial success.





Key Responsibilities



1. Strategic Leadership


Develop and implement strategies that support the organization's vision and objectives. Provide direction and guidance to senior managers or department heads, and make major strategic decisions Evaluate and improve organizational performance through data-driven decisions.
2. Governance & Compliance


Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards. Participate in board meetings and contribute to key policy or investment decisions. Uphold ethical and professional standards across all business operations.
3. Financial Oversight


Approve and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Evaluate investment opportunities and manage cost efficiency. Ensure responsible resource allocation and risk management.
4. Operational Management


Oversee day-to-day departments, gyms and projects operations. Set clear performance goals and ensure key deliverables are met. Promote continuous improvement in quality, productivity, customers satisfaction, and innovation.
5. People & Stakeholder Management


Lead, mentor, and evaluate senior managers or department heads. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners. Foster a positive work culture and encourage teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills



Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, or related field. At least 10 years of management experience, with proven leadership track record. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. * Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
