Job Description

Our client is a global high-tech manufacturer supporting the semiconductor ecosystem, specializing in precision-engineered materials and components used in advanced chip production. You will lead the transition of new technologies from R&D into full-scale production. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring process stability, and enabling sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage technology transfer programs from development to manufacturing. Build and mentor a high-performing technical team to support scaling activities. Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams across global sites to meet project goals. Drive process improvements that enhance yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency. Develop capacity and scalability plans to support future business expansion. Oversee risk management, quality systems, and compliance to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

Master's or PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related discipline. At least 12 years' experience in manufacturing, technology development, or process engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven success in technology transfer, process scale-up, or manufacturing readiness. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in a global, fast-paced technical environment is highly desirable.
