As part of our global Investment-led strategy, a new opportunity has arisen for a Director/Senior Manager, Capital Raising \xe2\x80\x93 Asia to join the newly formed global equity raising team led by Group Investments.

In this key role, you will focus on coordinating capital raising efforts within Asia aligning with both regional and global product strategies as well as enhancing investor relationships, reflecting our integrated business approach across Investment, Development, and Construction.

Key Accountabilities

Be the lead coordinator of all capital raising activity in Asia

Identify and leverage strong investor relationships that exist within the Lendlease business

Source new investors within region for existing and new products in all regions

Ensure all investor feedback from region is recorded in a central CRM

Disseminate investor feedback and trends in the global team and regional new business teams

Create and implement a regional Investor Engagement Plan and incorporate this plan into a global plan to ensure Lendlease works as one team to strategically build deep investor relationships in the global market

Input into new product and investment strategies and pitches (region and global) leveraging investor knowledge and investment themes together with market drivers

Work collaboratively with internal colleagues to ensure existing relationships are optimised

Key Experience and Skills Required

10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in institutional real estate investment

Strong knowledge of, and experience strategically interacting with, wholesale institutional investors

Previous and proven capital raising experience desirable

Relevant tertiary qualifications and technical post tertiary qualifications

Strong understanding of commercial real estate investment including market drivers, valuation principles and institutional investor appetite and behaviours

Strong interpersonal, presentation and pitch skills and be independent and confident in their ability to deal with internal and external parties

Strong written communication skills both in formal presentations and written correspondence to convey investment strategies and opportunities, at the relevant detail level, for the target audience

Strong influencing skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across different teams and organisational levels
