Job Description

Camarine Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and technically competent Discipline Lead (Marine) to provide leadership and oversight in the design and execution of marine systems engineering for offshore facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading marine engineering activities with a focus on Marine Engineering Systems (80%) and Package Management (20%), particularly for jack-up and fixed platform projects.





Key Responsibilities:



Marine Engineering Systems (80%)



Lead and coordinate all marine systems engineering activities for offshore platforms and jack-ups. Develop, review, and approve key technical deliverables including P&IDs, system descriptions, data sheets, and design specifications. Provide expert technical input on hull systems such as ballast, bilge, firefighting, seawater cooling, fuel oil, compressed air, and HVAC systems. Ensure all designs comply with class, flag state, and international marine standards (ABS, DNV, IMO, SOLAS, etc.). Conduct and participate in design reviews including HAZID, HAZOP, and 3D model reviews. Work closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of marine systems. Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, commissioning, and offshore operations.

Package Management (20%)



Manage marine equipment packages from concept development through to delivery and integration. Prepare and evaluate technical bids, participate in vendor selection, and review vendor documentation. Oversee package engineering to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with procurement, fabrication, and construction teams to resolve technical and delivery issues. Monitor package performance, progress, and adherence to project schedule.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or an equivalent discipline. Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in offshore oil & gas or marine engineering. Experience in Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and EPC project phases. Prior experience in offshore installation and commissioning environments. In-depth understanding of class and statutory regulatars of relevant experience in offshore oil & gas or marine engineering. Proven track record in the design and engineering of
