Job Description
- report directly to managing director
- candidate/s to lead a team of dishwashers to complete the daily dishwashing job
- co-ordinate with drivers for cutleries to be delivered
- co-ordinate with drivers on daily collections
- plan and schedule staff rooster
- operate dishwashing machines
- check on quality control
- all other operational duties
