Overall Job Objectives

We are looking for diligent and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as Dishwashers within INITIA Group F&B Brands. He/She will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and smooth running of the back-of-house operations to support excellent food & beverage service for customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and properly store all kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen equipment, and floor at all times. Assist with basic cleaning tasks in kitchen and food preparation areas. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Support kitchen team with tasks such as waste disposal and restocking cleaning supplies. Report any malfunctions, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Work efficiently to keep pace with kitchen and service demands.

Job Specifications

No experience required , training will be provided! Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle cleaning tasks. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn. Minimum working days are 1 weekday and 1 weekend each. Work Visa will not be provided by the company.

Key Deliverables

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and dishwashing area at all times. Ensure dishes and utensils are cleaned and ready promptly to support smooth service. Follow hygiene and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Assist the kitchen team by performing duties efficiently and responsibly. Represent the brand with professionalism and a positive working attitude.
