Vacancies available : 1) Dishwasher

• Shift available : 3pm-11pm (full time) / 5pm-11pm (part time)
• Salary Package: $1,500+$100 ($100 is the attendance allowance: meaning to say if there is no absenteeism/lateness/MC for the month, we will fulfill the allowance.

Duties :

• Keep a consistent standard of tidiness, cleanliness in the dishwashing area in accordance to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure that all daily cleaning assignments such as soiled dishes, glassware and cutleries are completed according to schedule.
• Wash kitchen equipment (eg. Plates, utensils, pots, ice machines & trolleys)
• Perform cleaning services & garbage disposal
• Ensure proper dishwashing process & maintenance of the equipment

2) Night Kitchen Cleaner

• 11pm-7am
• Salary Package: $1,500+$200 ($200 is the attendance allowance: meaning to say if there is no absenteeism/lateness/MC for the month, we will fulfill the allowance.

Duties :

• We are looking for a hardworking General Kitchen Cleaner to be responsible for ensuring the kitchen, all kitchen equipment (including kitchen filters), all surfaces, serving ware, dishware are clean and sanitized.
• Carry out general cleaning which includes washing, sweeping, mopping, polishing the stores, and kitchen.
• Scraping food from dirty dishes and washing the used dishes and kitchen utensils.
• Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation and dispose of waste.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained at all times.
• Maintain hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards and adhere to all sanitation guidelines
