We are working with a highly regarded conflict-free disputes boutique as they expand their presence into Asia with a new office in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and work closely with the new Singapore partner.
The firm has an impressive track record of handling complex, high-value international disputes for an exceptional client base including HNW individuals, sovereigns, family offices, funds, and corporates. Their matters frequently involve:

• Complex commercial disputes
• Fraud and asset recovery
• Shareholder and joint venture disputes
• Breach of trust and fiduciary duty claims
• International arbitration and cross-border enforcement issues

The successful candidate will:

• Be Singapore-qualified with around 3-4 years' PQE
• Have trained and gained post-qualification experience with a leading international or top-tier Singapore firm
• Demonstrate an international outlook and strong commercial instincts (experience of study or work abroad will be an advantage)
• Possess first-rate technical skills and the ability to take responsibility in a small but growing team environment

This role will suit someone looking to leverage high-quality disputes experience in a boutique setting, where you will have direct client contact, early responsibility, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the new Singapore practice. It is particularly attractive for those who have spent time abroad and are now keen to return to Singapore while maintaining an international practice focus.
