Job Description

Our client, a leading global professional services organization is looking to appoint an Diversity Equality & Inclusion Lead for APAC into their HR team based in Singapore.

Reporting into the respective Country Heads of HR across the region, with a dotted line into the group D&I Head in HQ, this individual will be responsible for taking the Group D&I strategy and tailoring it to the region (APAC). This individual will operate in a highly visible role, with a focus on stakeholder management with the global and regional HR team as well as the key regional stakeholders (such as Partners and Business Services Heads) across APAC. You will operate as the DEI SME for APAC, putting in place a bespoke DEI strategy, tools, networks and events to ensure a diverse and inclusive culture.

More specifically, you will lead the DEI agenda, projects and programmes. You will present to key internal and external leadership audiences and represent the organization at relevant industry events. You will also coach and mentor the Partners on DEI best practices and lead on all relevant DEI communications.

You will be an accomplished Regional or Global DEI Leader, with strong APAC experience ideally in a global professional services organization / partnership environment. There\xe2\x80\x99s an opportunity for the role to potentially be extended to include work around Social Impact, Pro Bono and Community work, depending upon the experience of the individual.
