Duration: 6 months

JLL\xe2\x80\x99s looking for a highly motivated intern to contribute to the firm\xe2\x80\x99s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives specifically in Asia Pacific, with opportunity to work with the global DEI team on various activities.

What this job involves:

Generating reports from internal dashboard and provide analysis against our global aspirations to be presented to key leaders

Research on emerging trends, practices, conversations, and legal requirements in DEI and structure how the research is presented

Promote DEI achievements across the region

Project manage and drive short term deliverables such as Pride Month campaign, DEI-month creative assets and videos

Contribute to various initiatives driven by the DEI team and may need to join global team calls in the evening

Developing and improving DEI knowledge management sites, managing content on the firm\xe2\x80\x99s intranet.

In addition, you will be able to participate in soft skills training sessions and peer networking events that bolster your development as a Human Resource professional.

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:

Desired experience and technical skills required

You are currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource, Psychology, Sociology or a related field

Strong ability to communicate \xe2\x80\x93 in written and spoken form \xe2\x80\x93 in a manner that is engaging, understandable and influential

Enthusiastic about operating in a fast-paced, global and sometimes unstructured environment

Proactive with strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively, possibly across time zones

Keen eye on details and enjoys using data to create stories

Must be comfortable with using spreadsheets and charts
