What\'s the role?
Based in either Hong Kong or Singapore, forming part of the Diversity & Inclusion team, you\'ll be our APAC Communities Program Manager, working as a thought leader and strategic partner to our Communities (Employee Resource Groups). Through this close collaboration you will provide strategic solutions; mentorship and coaching; facilitate discussions across and between communities; as well as provide external intelligence and best practices to increase and drive awareness and engagement across APAC. You will also work with senior leaders from the APAC D&I Council who act as Executive Sponsors for the Communities, supporting them to guide, shape and deliver the Communities strategies that are aligned to the regional D&I strategy and enterprise-wide goals.

We\'ll trust you to:

  • Provide strategic thought leadership, ensuring the direction of the Communities are aligned to the regional priorities
  • Provide effective mentorship to the Community leaders, ensuring alignment and integration of their strategic plans, budgets, and programming to support the advancement of our enterprise-wide goals
  • Be an advocate for the diverse interest of employees within the Communities to drive activities and decision-making
  • Share standard methodologies and encourage collaboration with Leadership and Talent Development to design, develop and execute innovative strategies and programs for diverse talent
  • Drive and lead external client collaboration on D&I programming
  • Partner with Corporate Philanthropy to drive collaboration with the communities and leverage existing partnerships
  • Identify and lead on enterprise wide and local campaigns, branding and marketing
  • Complete external benchmarks and award submissions
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partnering group to identify new Community leaders and Executive Sponsors, and be responsible for their onboarding and training
  • Review, develop and implement Community toolkits, guidelines, and templates
  • Identify external opportunities and coordinate with relevant internal and external partners
  • Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations to senior leaders, business champions and other key stakeholders.
You\'ll need to bring:
  • Current experience working with employee/business led communities or taskforces, in the design and execution of D&I programs and initiatives
  • Minimum 2 years\' experience in driving and managing programs and/or projects and initiatives
  • Experience analysing and interpreting numerical data, and translating it into meaningful recommendations
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • A strong client focus coupled with outstanding critical thinking and thought leadership
  • Experience influencing without direct authority
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
  • Minimum of Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent
