From crafting compelling employer brand messaging to leveraging creative channels and initiatives, you\'ll drive initiatives that showcase our unique culture and operating principles.Responsibilities:Strategic Brand Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with our organisational objectives and operating principles.Content Creation: Generate captivating content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, email, videos, and employee testimonials, to showcase our employer brand story.Candidate Experience Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the candidate experience journey, from initial engagement through to onboarding, to ensure a seamless and positive experience reflective of our employer brand.Employer Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our employer branding efforts.
