Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Providing the patient care and assistance to doctor in the consult room, Assisting doctors in making orders and treatment plans for patients during consult, Rescheduling or arranging follow up appointments or clinic operations under special order by doctors, eg.) doctors go on leave and update relevant allied peers on the arrangement, Informing of patients' laboratory or diagnostic results and follow up/arrange on doctors' orders related to the results and update relevant allied peers to continue care. Maintaining and returning the patients' reports and records Maintaining the sufficiency stock level for consumable and print materials in the room
Requirements

GCE N/O/A Level / Nitec, Higher Nitec / Diploma in any field Adaptable and keen in learning Computer literacy Critical thinking and a problem solver Fast-paced environment Service-oriented mindset Take initiative and works well as a team
Other Information

5.5 days work week It will be a contract for a period of 2 years and employment services may be reviewed for renewal, extension or conversion to permanent full-time staff.
