Ensure that employees have access to the latest and correct versions of documents.
Identify and rectify discrepancies or issues in documentation.
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date record of all documents.
Archive obsolete documents and ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Facilitate communication between different departments or teams regarding document-related matters.
Respond to inquiries related to document control processes.
Participate in internal and external audits related to document control.
Perform daily and routine inspections.
Conduct incoming packaging material inspection.
Pack and manage retention samples.
