Shortlisted candidate will get the opportunity to work as a Document Controller & Corporate Secretarial Coodinator by supporting the business through coordination of activities such as logistics, resourcing, training, progress updates, communication, feedback and documentation and, ensuring service levels are adhered to. Liaises with external providers or clients regarding organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and provide effective document control and records management including corporate secretarial matters
- Provide support and assistance on document generation as required
- Ensure all documents are up to date, accurate and efficient manner
- Keep track of all documents correspondences
- Any other duties assigned
Key Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum tertiary education
- Basic corporate secretarial knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc);
- Proficient with pdf writer, or editing pdf documents;
- Minimum 2 years in document control;
- Ready to learn new things; Can work independently;
- Skills in problem solving, planning and organizing; Motivated.
- Experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) / Business Management Systems (BMS);
- IMS Auditing experience / certification
