Job Description

Summary:

• Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
• Budget: up to $4000
• Working location - Ubi Headquarters office (Can take the bus from MacPherson MRT Station (DT26)
• Must have experience in construction as a doc controller for at least 3 years

Job Scope:

• Ensure preparation of project document related to ISO 9k and 18k
• Control all the new issue and obsolete documents
• Take ownership of allocated project documentation work.
• Proactive communication with vendors for projects/ MRO documentation support request.
• Understanding customers businesses and processes.
• Prompt resolution of customers concerns and inquiries.
• Including QA documentation. (Customer maybe direct or indirect)
• Driven to close final documentation request.
• Work closely with execution team to understand project requirement
• Work closely with Finance team to follow up on retention invoicing.
• Prompt attention to incoming calls / emails.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum at least 1 year of working experience working as document controller in construction industry.
• Diploma and above in any other field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and is a great team player
• Able to work well under stress and love challenges
