Document Controller [ 6 months contract, Renewable ] * Working Days: 5.5 Days * Working Hours: Monday to Friday [ 8am-5pm ] Saturday [8am-12pm] * Location: Tampines [ Transport provided at Ad Document Controller [ 6 months contract, Renewable ] Working Days: 5.5 Days Working Hours: Monday to Friday [ 8am-5pm ] Saturday [8am-12pm] Location: Tampines [ Transport provided at Admiralty MRT ] Salary: $2,500-$3,500 Requirements: Minimum 2 years' relevant administrative experience, preferably in Construction/Civil industry. Job Scope: Administer transmittal documents, number control, updates and maintenance of electronically stored and hard copy of project documentation. Ensure timely submission and distribution of controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings to appropriate parties (clients and internal stakeholders). Ensures that all documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the documents due date. Ensures that all documents have no errors in filenames, revisions, submissions, etc. before submitting to recipient department/party to avoid confusion. Ensures that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are notified to concerned staff, contractors and suppliers as applicable. Develops and maintains the project department document control register/log sheet. Records and files all documentation between the projects department, contractors, suppliers and independent construction control consultants. Maintains updated records of all approved documents and drawings in the document archive and file server with easy traceability. Maintains the files and control logs as required by the project procedures. Provide administrative support to site personnel on site-related documentation and record management. Manage client-specific contract documentation and provide counsel for maintaining the quality of documents. Liaise between company and subcontractors on project activities. Schedule and organize regular meeting and recording decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps). Coordinate various activities among project stakeholders including clients, supervisors, project staff and main office. Manage and maintain site inventories and pantry supplies. Organize and assists in site events. Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures at site and ensure staff compliance to site rules. Set up and assist in preparation of handover documentation/dossier to client. Perform ad-hoc duties as deemed necessary. Interested applicants can send your resume to .
