Job Description
- Up to Basic $5,000 + AWS + Bonus!
- 2 x openings/ 1 base in west area/ 1 base in northeast area.
- Permanent position
- Participate in new Rail & Tunnel project in West area or northeast area.
- Experience in LTA/ Railway projects is mandatory.
- Familiar with InSIGHT system.
- Assist the Project Manager in administering all documentation involved with client\'s project (including bored tunnels).
- Process all incoming and outgoing document ensuring all documents/drawings are organise and backed up according to the company procedure.
- Monitor and keep track of project document submission status through online system.
- General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, internal distribution, archiving and other works being assigned from time to time.
- Ensure the documents are managed in strictly confidentiality.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Experience in LTA/ Railway projects is mandatory.
- Familiar with InSIGHT system
