Job Title: Document Management Services (DMS) Officer

Job Location: Pasir Panjang

Job Type: Contract

Key Skills: Logistics / Scanning Service / Document Quality Checking

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Logistic handling, collection, unpacking of carton boxes

\xc2\xb7 Manual document preparation for scanning including removing of paper clips, staples, book bindings etc.

\xc2\xb7 Operate high-speed production scanners equipment

\xc2\xb7 Scan and archive documents including archival of original hardcopy documents

\xc2\xb7 Document Quality Checking of Scanning and Indexing and final output

\xc2\xb7 Check if there are any double feeding between the rollers, remove paper jam and perform simple cleaning of rollers

\xc2\xb7 Document reassembly (including rebinding), Packing, labelling, delivery and return of carton boxes

\xc2\xb7 Arrange disposal of carton boxes as required

\xc2\xb7 Processing of hardcopy applications according to systems provided

\xc2\xb7 Processing of softcopy applications received from different internal channels & processing it into systems provided

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring incoming cases are handled on time and accurately

Others:

\xc2\xb7 Working hours: 9am - 6pm

\xc2\xb7 Salary: Max $1700/month
