What the role is:

At Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), we are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our digital transformation journey and shape our product strategy. This senior role will define ACRA's product vision, drive innovation across our digital services, and provide strategic leadership to product teams while ensuring alignment with whole-of-government objectives. The ideal candidate will spearhead our evolution as a trusted business registry and regulator through innovative digital solutions.
What you will be working on:

• Strategic Vision and Leadership: Define ACRA's overall product strategy and digital transformation roadmap. Lead product teams and mentor Lead Product Manager (s). Align product initiatives with whole-of-government strategic objectives o Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the agency's overall goals. Lead the product lead (s) to achieve this vision. o Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee multiple product lines and their interconnections. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. o Market and Customer Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning. o Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-department or cross-agency teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product development process. o Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) or OKRs to measure product success and inform decision-making. Use data-driven insights to make informed adjustments to the product strategy. o Innovation and Improvement: Drive adoption of emerging technologies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product evolution. o Lead product teams in development of digital roadmap and introduction of appropriate digital solutions to partner with cross functional business teams, WOG and industry partners to achieve greater business outcomes o Drive in organisation wide Digital, Design and Data capabilities/competency development, digital innovation and continuous improvement to build a high performing team o Drive the annual submission of the Digital Government Blueprint (DGB) KPIs to Smart Nation Office, and support MOF in the preparation of Ministry Family Digitalisation Plan

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. o 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing successful products. o Executive-level stakeholder management skills o Strong leadership and team management skills. o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools. o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
