Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update
drawings and design documents
for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using
BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit
.
Assist
Project Engineers
and
Project Managers
in drawing preparation and coordination.
Stay current with
drafting and BIM technologies
to maintain technical competency.
Plan and manage drawing submissions to meet deadlines.
Ensure timely delivery and maintain proper soft copy archives of all drawings.
Draft detailed installation and construction plans from sketches or notes.
Finalize and reproduce documentation packages according to project standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree
in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
Experience managing
multiple projects
simultaneously.
Strong
communication skills
in English and/or Chinese.
Excellent
organization and time management
abilities.
Proficient in
AutoCAD and Revit (BIM modelling), Navisworks, and Microsoft Office
.
Able to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
