Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Produce detailed CAD drawings for construction sequences, site utilization and temporary works, including scaffolding, shoring, and formwork systems.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand design requirements and project specifications.
Revise and update drawings as necessary based on feedback and field conditions.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and project bids by providing accurate drawings.
Conduct site visits to gather information and verify conditions for drafting.
Perform other ad hoc administrative and coordination duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Knowledge of Precast & PPVC will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
