Able to operate AutoCAD / Solidworks / BIM and other related 3D design software.
Preparing design, reports, drawings (3D and 3D modelling), design and technical specification.
Liaise, organize and execute the given task independently.
Coordinate & communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members.
Making sure the project compliance with the latest code of practice and legal requirement.
Keep records and update of the project.

Requirements

Candidate with BIM certificate / diploma will have added advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in BIM related projects\xe2\x80\x99 implementation.
Proficient in ACAD and BIM software (e.g. Autodesk Revit).
Good attitude and willingness to work hard.
Entry level are welcome.
