Responsibilities

Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects in accordance with engineering principles and drafting standards.
Prepare, design and draft the 3D rendering and drawing of housing interior by using software.
Work collaboratively with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and refine design concepts.
Participate in the research of the new design proposal.
Determine the client\'s goals and requirements for the project
Prepare and update project schedules, cost estimates, and other project-related documentation.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior drafters and designers.
Oversee construction and coordinate with general building contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
