Draftsman/Bim Modeler (M&E, Plumbing and Sanitary)About the Role:The draftsman will have the responsibility of overseeing the progress for design development for the assigned projects against the given schedule. He/She will also be required to participate and be involved in liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as clients and the relevant authorities.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparations and modifications of schematic, detailed and production drawings
• Responsible for developing solutions to the technical & design complications following Singapore's established standards
• Responsible for the preparation of 2D and 3D presentations and/or design drawings
• Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings
• To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management/Direct Supervisor

Requirements:

• To have at least 2 years of related working experience
• Proficient in designing Software (Bim, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
• Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work
• Experience in the use of BIM tools for design / tender / construction documentation
