Manage a team of 30 specialists/workers, overseeing daily service operations and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Ensuring the team achieves set targets which includes but is not limited to SOS (State of Service), staff retention, quality checks (SQC), leads, and CVC (Customer Voice Counts)
Ensuring prompt and timely service at customers\' premises
Handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions to resolve the issue.
Ensure discipline, counseling and coaching to drainage specialists
Conduct on-the-job training for new team members
Assisting OM /OE in ensuring service excellence and quality
Carry out any other duties assigned by the OM
Requirements
GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level and above or equivalent and/ or relevant working experience
Comfortable working in Plumbing / Sanitary related environment or job
Possess strong leadership capabilities in managing a team of approximately 30 Drainage specialists
Possess minimum Class 3 license or Class 4 license
Service-oriented
Computer literate, knowledge in usage of Microsoft Office and mobile phone applications is a must

Work place: Macpherson - Nearest MRT Tai Seng (Bus Number to reach : 8, 62, 90, 151)
Mon to Fri: 7am to 4pm / Every Sat : 7am to 1pm (Sometime may start earlier like 4am)
