Drinks Manager (Restaurant)

We are looking for a

Drinks Manager

to oversee and prepare all beverages served in our restaurant. This is a

hands-on role

Key Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of

hot and cold beverages

, including soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, and specialty house drinks. Ensure all drinks are

made to standard recipes

and served with

consistent quality and presentation

. Manage daily

drink preparation area operations

, including setup and closing duties. Monitor

inventory of drink supplies

, restock as needed, and assist with ordering. Maintain

cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements
