Job Purpose:

The

Driver & Barista (Events Support)

combines safe and efficient driving with barista duties for our coffee events. The employee plays a key role in keeping our cafes and events running smoothly. The employee also helps with logistics such as restocking supplies and transporting equipment, while also representing Foreword Coffee as a barista at corporate and community events.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Driving & Logistics

Deliver weekly cafe restocks (coffee beans and supplies) to outlets. Pack and prepare items for cafe restocks and event setups. Transport coffee carts, brewing equipment, and supplies to event sites. Assist with event setup and teardown, including moving and organizing equipment. Ensure safe and responsible driving of the company van, maintaining cleanliness and upkeep.

Barista & Event Support

Prepare and serve specialty coffee at corporate and community events. Engage customers with friendly service. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth event operations. Support cafe operations where necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Class 3 driving licence (required). Safe, responsible, and punctual driver with a good record. Physically fit to handle event setup and lifting items (up to 20-25kg). Valid food hygiene certificate. Friendly, positive, and team-oriented. Willing to work one weekend day per week. Prior F&B or barista experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
