Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and the customer is satisfied. Assist with loading and unloading items to and from vehicles. Accepting payments for delivered items. Providing excellent customer service in delivery, handling customs questions and concerns. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record. Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries. Utilize appropriate technology to efficiently manage the delivery process including handheld technology. Periodic assistance with Stuffing and Un-stuffing activities. Periodic assistance to Warehouse Operations from Receiving, Processing (Picking, Packing and Labelling), Releasing and Stocktaking Warehouse Management System (Optional) Assist in maintaining upkeep and cleanliness of stores and vehicles. Job Requirments Forklift License Must possess Class 4 Driving License Minimum GCE 'N' Level and above Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy packages and objects Responsible in nature who can work independently and a team player Good planning and organizational skills Customer Focus with strong communication skills Attentive to details with a high degree of accuracy Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn Adaptable within a fast paced changing work environment.
